Delivery Terms
Products are ordered from Inspire ‘ur Dog online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service (PayPal or Visma Pay). Read more about our payment options and terms of use here.
When ordering from our online store, you are required to be familiar with and committed to our current delivery terms.
You understand that you accept and your confirmed order is binding and gives rise to these terms of a delivery agreement between us.
Order, payment and shipping confirmation
After confirming and paying your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Additionally, you will receive a payment confirmation email from our payment intermediary. When your order is processed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Delivery methods and costs (are subject to change)
We deliver your order by the delivery methods (UPS/PostNord) stated in our online store. Orders are delivered by our available carriers to the address or in some EU countries to pick-up point informed by end customers.
A delivery fee is charged with your order and the price for shipping is displayed with the shipping method in the shopping cart. Delivery costs may vary depending on order size and delivery country.
You can track your order with a tracking ID, that is sent to you with the Delivery Confirmation email when your order is ready waiting for delivery carrier pickup from us.
In case the order is not picked up by the customer within the pick-up time period informed by the delivery carrier, the order will be returned to the sender.
Delivery costs and an additional processing fee will be charged from unredeemed orders that are returned to the sender (for more information, see Return policy). You can see the delivery costs for your order in your shopping cart before accepting the order.
Delivery time
Our general delivery times, depending on the order and delivery method, are 3-10 business days. Orders will be shipped in approximately 2-7 business days. The delivery times outside the EU can be longer.
Inspire ur‘ Dog, nor its shipping carriers, are not responsible for delays caused by any outside factors or delays or indirect harm caused by the delays that are caused by force majeure situations. The seller, Inspire ‘ur Dog, is not responsible for reimbursing shipping costs, product prices or lowering order costs due to possible delays in delivery time.
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that Inspire ‘ur Dog will not return the normal shipping costs of your order, should you return parts or the entire order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There is no right to return for goods that are tailored to the personal needs of the buyer. Therefore signed and personalized books cannot be returned.
If you wish to return products, contact us at support@inspireurdog.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will give you further instructions and the address where the returns need to be sent.
The goods must be sent before the period of fourteen days has expired after your return request. You are responsible for the direct returning costs of the items.
Failure to pick up or receive a shipment is not a sufficient way to report a return, nor is returning without a separate cancellation notice to Inspire ‘ur Dog customer service. For orders that have not been picked up and therefore returned to us, we withhold the right to claim the processing costs from the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or some ordered products are missing, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right: support@inspireurdog.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
